Jishnu MohanJishnu built Indic Keyboard, a free and open source multilingual keyboard for Android supporting 23 Indian languages. I worked on the brand identity across all four versions over nearly a decade, the logo, visual language, and UI direction, each version building on what came before.
The visual approach we developed for Indic Keyboard has since become a familiar pattern. You can see similar design language across translation apps and multilingual products that came later, including from much larger companies. The app has crossed 10 lakh downloads on the Play Store.
