Third dimension to Eisenhower Matrix

Urgency and importance give you two dimensions. The third is leverage: whether doing this task permanently simplifies or unblocks something else. A task can be neither urgent nor immediately important but still high leverage. Fixing a broken process that generates overhead every week, writing documentation that stops three recurring questions, these compound over time.
