The Many Lives of an Aeropress happened, and it went better than I hoped. About twenty people showed up at Cafe Addict in Kochi, and strangers turned into collaborators in no time, comparing grinds, swapping presses and laughing at their first attempts. Watching someone taste their own cup and realise a tiny change moved the whole flavour is the part I show up for.
A few trips this month, one solo vacation and some for work. I want to scroll less and read more, with a pile of books to try. Let’s see how that goes. The solo trip is to Jaipur, and I’d love your help. If you know the city, tell me where to go, sit, eat and get a good coffee, less touristy and less Instagram-driven.
